We have partnered with reputable training providers to ensure our training matrix remains relevant and up to date and adhere to all regulations and requirements to protect service users.
INDUCTION
Our minimum requirements for each recruited staff is NVQ Level 2-3 in health and social care, and our induction ensures all staff are up to date with mandatory training, COVID-19 and The care certificate.
We ensure all staff are trained and understand their duties as laid out within our staff handbook and Caretms policies and procedures.
